Overview
Fumble is a sports ground booking and tournament management platform built for students at FAST NUCES. It gives students a single place to book courts, reserve sports equipment, register for tournaments, form teams, and check slot availability, replacing what used to be a manual, first-come-first-served process around campus sports facilities.
What used to take a trip to the sports office now takes a few taps — courts, equipment, and tournament sign-ups, all in one place.
The Problem
Before Fumble, organizing sports activity on campus came with a familiar set of headaches:
- No centralized way to check court or ground availability
- Equipment requests handled informally, often leading to conflicts
- Tournament registration managed manually through forms or word of mouth
- Difficulty forming and tracking teams across different sports

We built Fumble as a dedicated booking and management platform for FAST NUCES' sports facilities. Students can check real-time slot availability, book courts and equipment directly, and register for tournaments and teams without needing to coordinate manually with facility staff or other students.
